Christmas 2012 Delivery Dates

Due to the high amount of deliveries undertaken during the Christmas period, our last order dates for delivery before Christmas is as follows:

14th December for Deliveries within UK.

10th December for Deliveries within Europe (excluding UK).

Free Standard Delivery Offer

We are currently offering free standard delivery on all orders over £50 and some selected promotions. This offer only applies to mainland UK.

Products that are in stock will be despatched within 24 hours and if orders are placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday, goods shall be dispatched on the same day.

In any case, we guarantee dispatch within 2-5 days.

Charges and Options

Standard delivery is £3.49 on orders below £50 and free on all orders over £50

Every effort is made to ensure that all dispatched orders are delivered between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

If next working day is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Friday delivery; order by 4pm previous day.

We can only delivery orders to the card holders registered address.

This delivery option may take between 4-6 working days but we guarantee despatch of the package in 2-5 days. If the goods are in stock we shall normally despatch within 24 hours.
If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UK or a EU country, we will have to add an additional surcharge for delivery.
We shall contact you to confirm the additional cost that we shall be charging you based on the most cost effective delivery solution we can offer.

Special Situations/
Postal Strike

We shall always try and deliver your goods in good time but we cannot guarantee how our couriers operate. Postal stike may lead to inevitable delays in you getting your product. Please make sure that you are aware of any impending strikes and order your goods accordingly. In the event of Royal Mail postal strikes, we shall try our best to get your goods to you on time but we cannot guarantee to meet the specified delivery timescales.

Special Request /
Urgent Delivery

If you want goods delivered to you urgently, please send us an email telling us your requirements. If the goods are in stock and can be despatched, we shall do so. You shall have to bear the additonal delivery costs that will be charged. We shall inform you of this and send out the goods once we have recieved your confirmation to do so.
