Vitamin B Complex supplements are highly popular and for good reason - many people who are feeling tired, lacking in energy feel the benefit of this type of supplement. The B vitamins are a group of eight individual vitamins, often referred to as the B-complex vitamins. They occur together in natural sources and their uses in the body dovetail. Since B vitamins (except B12) are water soluble, they are not stored in the body and must be regularly replaced.
