Solgar Calcium 600 Tablets 60 tablets

Each Solgar Calcium 600 tablet contains Calcium (as carbonate from oyster shell) 600mg and Vitamin D (300iu, as cholecalciferol prep ) 7.5ug as the active ingredients. Also included with these natural ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate and vegetable glycerin to form the tablet.

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Calcium is one of the most important minerals in your body because it helps to build and strengthen bones and teeth. Supplementation is essential in order to prevent diseases such as Osteoporosis (common in elderly), Osteomalacia and Rickets (more common in juveniles). For this reason, people that are lactose intolerant (diary only), or Vegans should definitely supplement their diet with calcium as diary is one of the main sources of calcium.
