One Solgar Chelated Zinc tablet contains Zinc (as amino acid chelate+) 22 mg as the active ingredient.Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and stearic acid.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not chew.
