One Solgar Ester C plus 500mg tablet provides: Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate/threonate) 500mg, Citrus Bioflavonoids 25mg, Acerola Fruit Powdered Extract 10mg, Powdered Rose Hips 10mg, Rutin 5mg and naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites (including L-threonic acid L-lyxonic acid and L-xylonic acid) that have been shown to enhance the absorption of vitamin C.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not chew.
