Two (2) tablets provide: Glucosamine Sulfate (from shellfish) 1000mg Chondroitin Sulfate 1000mg Calcium Ascorbate 245mg Providing: Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 200mg Calcium 20mg Manganese (fully reacted glycinate chelate+) 20 mg Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, silica.

As a food supplement for adults three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Glucosamine sulphate provides raw material for the production of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), important structural components of cartilage. An increase in the production of glycosaminoglycans results in increased water retention in the cartilage matrix - a factor that improves its shock-absorbing properties. This allows it to stabilize and repair damages cartilage.

Chondroitin is a glycosaminoglycan (GAG) and protects and aids repair of joint tissue in many ways, including the manufacture of many components of cartilage such as collagen. It also helps cartilage attract and hold on to water- a factor that improves the shock absorbing property of cartilage.
