Each Solgar Fenugreek capsule contains Raw Fenugreek Seed powder 370mg and Fenugreek Seed Powdered Extract (4:1)150mg as the main ingredients. Each capsule also contains vegetable cellulose.
As an herbal food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) Vegetable Capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Fenugreek has shown to be very effective at lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as improving digestion and resolving the symtoms of indigestion e.g. bloating due to its 'bitter herb' properties. Fenugreek has also been used traditionally as an expectorant to remove catarrh from the respiratory tract.
