Two (2) Solgar Flaxseed Oil (Linseed Oil) softgel capsules provide Alpha Linolenic Acid 1040mg, Linolenic Acid300mg and other Fatty Acids (oleic acid, Palmitic acid, stearic acid) 420mg. Each capsule also contains gelatine and glycerine.
As a food supplement for adults, two (2) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
