Each Solgar Inositol Vegetable Capsule provides 500mg of Inositol. Also included with these natural ingredients are silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, vegetable cellulose and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
