Each Solgar SPF Ginseng Root Extract capsule provides Standardised Korean Ginseng (Panax) Root Powdered Extract (20mg [8%] ginsenosides) 250mg, Raw Korean Ginseng Root Powder 200mg and PhytO2X (powdered blend of beta-carotene prep. and ascorbic acid). PhytO2X is a special blend of natural antioxidants, the purpose of which is to maintain the freshness of the ingredients. Each capsule also contains microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
As an herbal food supplement for adults one (1) to three (3) Vegicaps daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
