Each Solgar L Lysine Vegetable Capsule provide 500mg of L-Lysine (free from, as HCL). Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) Vegetable Capsules daily with juice water in between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner
