Each Solgar Max-Gar Garlic softgels contain Garlic Oil Macerate Concentrate 280 mg (2.4:1, equivalent to 672 mg of fresh garlic), gelatin, glycerin and sorbitol.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Garlic has potent anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and immune enhancing properties. It is particularly useful against Herpes Simplex 1 & 2 and Candida Albicans.
Research into its cardio-protective properties show that garlic can lower total cholesterol levels as well as improving insulin secretion in the body.
