One Solgar Nutri-Nano CoQ10 softgel contains Nutri-Nano Alpha Lipoic Acid 50 mg and Nutri-Nano Coenzyme Q-10 45 mg (as ubiquinone). Also included together with these natural ingredients are Polysorbate 80, Medium Chain Triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin and Paprika (contains Soy).
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
