Four Solgar Omega-3 700 softgel capsules contain Cold Water Fish Oil Concentrate 4800mg typically providing Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA)1520mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)1040mg and Other Omega 3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids 240mg. Each capsule also contains gelatin and glycerin.
As a food supplement for adults, four (4) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
