Each Solgar Ultimate B + C Complex tablets provides Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)1000mg, Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate)50mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2)50mg, Thiamin (vitamin B1, as thiamine mononitrate)50mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)50mg, Niacin (vitamin B3 as niacinamide, niacin)50mg, Inositol 50mg, Choline (as bitartrate)21mg, Citrus Bioflavonoid complex 25mg, Rose Hips Powder 25mg, Betaine HCl 15mg, L-Glutamic Acid 15mg, Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin prep.)50ug, Biotin (as prep.)50ug, Rutin 5mg, Hesperidin,5mg and Folic Acid (as prep.)400ug. Tableted with these natural ingredients is vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable gum, titanium dioxide, vegetable glycerin and hydroxypropyl cellulose.
