Two Solgar B +C Complex tablets contains Vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid) 500mg, Pantothenic acid (as calcium pantothenate) 100mg, Niacin (Vitamin B3 as niacinamide) 100mg, Inositol 100mg, Choline (bitartrate) 41mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 15mg, Thiamin (Vitamin B1, as thiamin mononitrate) 10mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10mg, Natural Source Powdered Herbal Base 13mg (alfalfa [whole plant], acerola extract [fruit], parsley [aerials], kelp, rose hips [fruit] and watercress [aerials]), Vitamin B12 (cobalamin prep.) 25ug, Biotin (as prep.) 25ug, and Folic acid (as prep) 100ug.
