Each Solgar Vitamin E softgel provides 671mg of Vitamin E (1000iu, as d-alpha tocopherol prep.) and 60mg of Mixed Tocopherols. Each capsule also contains safflower oil, soya lecithin, vegetable glycerin, maize starch and water.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable softgel capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
