Each Solgar Vitamin E + Selenium capsule provides 168mg of Vitamin E (250iu as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) and 80ug of Selenium (as selenomethionine). Each capsule also contains microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
